Exclusion service
This service is our most popular for sealing out rodents and other small and large mammals. It can be very involved depending on how a building was constructed or as simple as a small fix to keep critters out for the long term. Solid Pest Solutions seeks to find every gap imaginable that allows critters into both living and unoccupied spaces.
Annual service
This service is for the person that can handle seeing a pest on occasion or just want to do a prevention service for ants every spring or keep insects from wintering in their homes in the fall. It is a thorough service with inspection around the perimeter of the home exterior and light service of the subfloor crawl space through the foundation vents.
Quarterly service
This is a great “piece of mind” service that is far more about regular thorough inspections than it is about regular treatment of the home or commercial real estate. This service includes semi-annual insect and spider services.
One-time service
An “as needed” service based on the situation. |
Monthly service
In principle, this service is the same as our bi-monthly service. We recommend this service to restaurants and other food production and handling facilities. Generally, this service is not recommended for home owners unless we are troubleshooting a difficult problem.
Semi-annual service
This service is the same as the annual service but happens in both spring and fall. This service is for the person with less tolerance for pests inside the home and is effective for ants, spiders and other invaders that may enter. This is a great alternative to other more regular services and greatly reduces the use of pesticide around the home.
Bi-Monthly service
This service is an inspection-based service with a “only treat as needed” ideal. It is a perfect service for commercial accounts such as restaurants, warehouses and others.
